Frequently Asked Questions
Have questions? We have answers. Find information about our process, materials, and services below.
Our process begins with a consultation to understand your vision and goals. You can start by scheduling a meeting or requesting a quote. From there, we move to design mockups, material selection, production, and finally, precision installation. We keep you informed every step of the way.
Absolutely! We are a full-service studio. Our Brand & Web Design services cover everything from logo creation to complete brand identities. Whether you have a print-ready file or just a concept, our design team can bring your vision to life.
We exclusively use premium, industry-leading vinyl and adhesive materials from top brands like 3M and Avery Dennison. This ensures vibrant, long-lasting color and durability for all our environmental graphics, from wall murals to vehicle wraps.
Installation time varies greatly depending on the project's size and complexity. Small decals may take less than an hour, while a large-scale wall mural or full vehicle wrap could take one or more days. We will always provide a detailed time estimate with your project quote.
Our vinyl graphics can adhere to a wide variety of smooth, non-porous surfaces, including painted drywall, glass, metal, and plastic. For more textured surfaces like brick or concrete, we have specialty materials designed for those applications. We recommend a site survey for any non-standard surfaces.
Our branding packages are tailored to your needs but typically include logo design (with multiple concepts and revisions), a defined color palette, typography selection, and a comprehensive brand style guide that ensures consistency across all your marketing materials.
